Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret structural and reinforcement drawings for CP installation requirements.
  • Coordinate with civil/structural teams to ensure CP installations are incorporated without affecting structural integrity or construction activities.
  • Supervise CP installation activities at site.
  • Verify installation of CP components in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Assist in preparation and verification of MTOs, material requirements, and installation quantities.
  • Support inspection, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of concrete CP systems.

  • Shielding gas handling
Responsibilities:
  • Perform TIG welding as per drawings/WPS.
  • Set welding machine parameters correctly.
  • Clean and prepare base metal before welding.
  • Weld basic joints (butt, fillet, and lap).
  • Use shielding gas/purging correctly.
  • Visually inspect welds for defects.
  • Maintain equipment and work area.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor the E-coat tank process.
  • Control voltage, bath temperature, pH, and conductivity.
  • Maintain coating chemicals and additives.
  • Handle pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphating, and rinsing).
  • Check coating thickness using a DFT gauge.
  • Inspect coated parts for defects (runs and pinholes).
  • Operate and control curing oven parameters.
  • Maintain plant equipment and work area.
  • Follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
